Location. Nestled on 39 acres of manicured gardens, the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa offers elegant accommodations to discerning travelers. Hotel Features. Built in 1929 as an "invitation only" retreat, the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa features two championship golf courses, six lighted tennis courts and two pools. One pool is designated for sports and the other, Paradise Pool, contains three smaller pools with a 92-foot water slide. Guests can escape the heat in the misted cabanas on the pool deck. From Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX): Leave the airport via the 24th Street exit. Turn right on 24th Street and drive north for about 20 minutes. Turn right on Thunderbird Trail. The hotel is at the end of the street.
